Please note that Jinnier Shop does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.
- Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Jinnier Shop is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
- Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Jinnier Shop assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
- The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.
- Shipping time may take between 7 to 35 days depending on if there are delays experienced by the shipping company
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION FOR BRANDS THAT ARE SHIPPED BY JINNIER SHOP FROM SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA
- Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase and returning products must be in their original condition (sealed, unopened, unused and in their original packaging).
- Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. Jinnier Shop will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
- To return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with product photos and your order number. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
- Any kits, merch, gifts with purchase, or box sets are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours after purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
