  • Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Jinnier Shop is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
  • Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Jinnier Shop assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase and returning products must be in their original condition (sealed, unopened, unused and in their original packaging).
  • Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. Jinnier Shop will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
  • To return, please email us at hello@jinniershop.com with product photos and your order number. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
  • Any kits, merch, gifts with purchase, or box sets are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

 

CANCELING ORDERS

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours after purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something is wrong with your item, make sure you let us know within 48 hours after receiving your item.

All countries in the EU (except Cyprus), the UK and Switzerland can easily make a return by using Chatelier's return portal: https://chatelier.shipping-portal.com/rp/

Here you can go through the steps of explaining why you would like to make a return, how you would like your refund (refund or exchange), and print out your return label. The shipping costs for a return are found in the list below and will be deducted from your refund. You don't have to make any payment at the post office when you use this label.

(Countries that can not use our return portal need to send an email at hello@jinniershop.com and let us know the reason for wanting to make a return. We will send you the return address, and the shipping costs will need to be paid by you at the post office.)

I RECEVIED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM:

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please take a photo and send it, together with an explanation, to hello@jinniershop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to solve the issue.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND:

If you changed your mind, you can return your unopened item within 30 days after it arrives. The shipping costs will be for your account. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange anymore. To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once DHL/Australia Post pick up your order from us in Australia, they will hand over your package to the local postal service in your country for final delivery. (eg. USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the UK) You can continue to follow your order by using the tracking of your local postal service (eg. Google search "USPS tracking" for USA). RETURN POLICY

In the case of purchase of a physical product from Dewy&Bae which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly assist a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 30 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold
  • The product received is not the product ordered
  • The product has been damaged in transit

All orders are packed and shipped from Kiani Tea Studio in London. 

We are striving to make Kiani Tea available to everybody, in all corners of the world. Current shipping rates are stated below:

  • $6.80 for all UK orders (Standard Royal Mail)
  • $8.16 for the rest of the world, EU and international (Tracked Royal Mail)

  

REFUNDS/RETURN

Please note that Kiani Tea offers no returns/refunds on teas.

However, we are available to assist you with brewing advice/suggestions. Refund and returns are applicable on only teaware should they not meet your expectations. Return window is 2 weeks and postage is paid by you.

Returned items are only applicable for a refund if they have not been opened/used and they should show no sign of use.

If any ceramics should arrive broken, this needs to be reported on the same day that goods have been received with supporting images - please send email at hello@jinniershop.com

Please note that fragile items such as mugs and tea cups will be safely packaged for delivery using double-layer bubble wrap method.

RETURN  POLICY

  • All orders of Taïla products purchased via Jinnier Shop are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

  • If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and immediately send pictures of the damage to hello@jinniershop.com with 14 days of delivery.
  • If an item is missing, please immediately notify us of the situation within 14 days of delivery
  • We are not responsible for any damage, defects, material differences or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. Replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company will not be honored. Packages lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. Please contact them directly.
