ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. At this time Taïla Skincare cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders within the US, not including sales tax
  • Flat fee of $30 for all international shipping via USPS EMS

RETURN  POLICY

  • All orders of Taïla products purchased via Jinnier Shop are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

  • If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and immediately send pictures of the damage to hello@jinniershop.com with 14 days of delivery.
  • If an item is missing, please immediately notify us of the situation within 14 days of delivery
  • We are not responsible for any damage, defects, material differences or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. Replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company will not be honored. Packages lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. Please contact them directly.
