This is a ceremonial latte Matcha, and is selected for drinking with milk or for mixing into foods. Can be mixed into Matcha Latte, Smoothies, Juices, Cakes, Ice Creams, and more.. Be creative.

Our Matcha is picked from the most popular Yabukita cultivar, originating from Japan grown in Fujian.

Place approx. 2-3 scoops of matcha in your bowl, then wet with 15ml of 70ºC water. Thoroughly knead mixture using bamboo whisk until smooth paste forms. Add 70ml of heated milk of your choice and mix until consistent. Add a little honey or sugar for enhancing flavour.

When it comes to Green Matcha, the warmer the water, the more bitterness you bring out from the Powder. Cooler water keeps the bitterness away and allows the sweet aftertaste to pop more.
